Yesterday, Dr Tan Cheng Bock , Hazel Poa Koon Koon 潘群勤 , Jeffrey Khoo 邱宝忠, Abas Bin Kasmani, myself and volunteers from the PSP West Coast team distributed oranges for Chinese New Year to residents in West Coast GRC and Pioneer SMC.
While there, I had the opportunity to interact with residents – it was heartening to know that many were looking forward to the upcoming break and meeting with their families.
It was also an opportunity to talk to them about issues which concerns them most, which is essential in policy discussions and bringing up relevant issues in Parliament.
We will be conducting another round of walkabouts soon, and I hope to meet more of you!
